Anderson goddard was established in 1984 by Steven Goddard and Malcolm Anderson, initially the company carried out building work, new builds, extensions, renovations, building services, central heating design and installation as well as Renewable technology design and installation.

In 2003 the business was incorporated as a Private Limited Company and the focus of the business shifted from building and building services to consultancy including energy modelling and energy simulation.

We are committed in promoting energy efficiency and reducing carbon footprints, whilst finding the most cost-effective and energy efficient solution for our clients in terms of compliance with regulatory building regulation requirements. We offer practical easy to understand advice on building fabric, heating and hot water systems, ventilation, lighting and renewable sources of energy, we have been helping to make homes more sustainable since 1984.
